Book a 75-minute or 90-minute private session for 1-8 people. Pricing varies depending on length of session and group size. Kids are welcome at private sessions!
Private sessions are typically available Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Try a community session
Join your fellow travelers/neighbors for one of our 75-minute community sessions.
Limited to 6 people per session.
Community sessions are typically available Thursdays through Sundays.
Where to find us
May-October: Cornucopia, WI
Beginning late May, 2025, find us in the quaint village of Cornucopia, Wisconsin, on the edge of the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore.
We will be nestled among the marina shops between Hestekin Pottery and Wren Fine & Functional Art.
Near Siskiwit Bay, this location has the added benefit of having a nearby cold plunge—Lake Superior!
